Position Title: General Manager (Strategy, Growth and Profitability)

This position will require the individual to:

• Assume responsibility for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of Bank Operations and identify ways to maximize revenue and oversee revenue generation
• Ensure bank’s policies, procedures and all regulations are followed by each department
• Analyze financial reports and with Finance to prepare and implement annual budget
