 Armahrue Nestor Woods, Sr.

The Woods, Scott-Marshall, Kennedy, Marsh, Dennis, and Kemoh families regrettably announce the homegoing of Armahrue Nestor Woods, Sr. on April 4, 2022 at his home in Duluth, Georgia, USA.
Armahrue was born on July 26, 1942 (Liberia’s Independence Day) in Harrisburg, Montserrado County, Liberia unto the union of Elshmere Tyson Woods and Viola Elfreda Scott Woods. He was the third of several children. He leaves to mourn his loss his wife Charlotte Matilda Kennedy Woods; his children, Ruelita Woods-Marsh, Armahrue N. Woods, Jr, Samuel Gbono, and Jacqueline Harris; his grandchildren, Jeremiah F. Marsh, Jr. (Katisa), Jermaine A. Marsh, Charlene A. Marsh, and Ethan Woods; his great grandchildren, Ashton I. Marsh and Logan Z. Marsh; his brothers, John T. Woods (Catherine), Richelieu Dukuly, and James B. Woods; his sisters, Evangeline Woods-Lahai, Ophelia Woods, Georgetta Mason-Brown (Terry), Musu Dukuly, Gloria Dukuly, and Nowai Kamara; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends in the USA, Liberia, the United Kingdom, and beyond.
He was preceded in death by his parents: E. Tyson Woods and Viola Elfreda Scott Woods; his brothers: Dr. Emile T. Woods, Osmond L. Woods, Sr., Waldron H. Woods, Dempsey R. Woods, II, Albert Q.W. Kemoh, Edwin Shelton, and his sister Clarice Dennis-Karloweah.
