The Thomas, Walker, Frederick, Pritchard, Williams, McIntosh, and Grimes families announce the sudden passing of Mr. Clifton Thomas Walker, on Saturday, 23 April 2022 at the SOS Clinic, Monrovia, Liberia. He was in his 49th year and an employee of the US Embassy Motor Pool.
Clifton is survived by his children: Henry, Sandra, Clifton, Jr. Joyce, and Emile Walker. He also leaves to mourn his mother Cassandra Thomas, sister, Letitia Turay (United Kingdom); grand-uncle Lemuel McIntosh; aunts Laurie Frederick, Zeline Pritchard, Letitia Brown, uncles Moses Horton and Favor Frederick Walker (USA), Obidiah Thomas (United Kingdom); aunt-in-law Emily Smith, brothers-in-law and a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends at home and abroad.
His wife Alsena Walker and father Wells Walker predeceased him.
On Wednesday, 4 May 2022, Clifton will be removed from the A. B Anderson Funeral Parlor on Lynch Street at 9.00 a.m. and taken to the Trinity Cathedral Church on Broad Street, Monrovia.
The funeral service will begin at 10.00 a.m.
Interment is at the Kaiser Memorial Lawn in Brewerville.
