OBITUARY
Shelly Brown Seely, 65, of Schenectady, NY was called home to rest on April 23, 2022. She was born in Grand Gedeh County, Liberia on December 29, 1956. A beautiful, radiant soul that positively impacted everyone she encountered.

She was predeceased by her late husband James T. Seely and parents Nancee and George Brown. She leaves behind, her children Elouise Hedd-Williams (nee Benson) and Beyan Smith. Grand Children Tony-Blue and Zoe Hedd-Williams. Brothers, Leo Brown, Amos Brown, Friday Brown, Fomah Diggs; Sisters, Elizabeth King and Famatta Brown. And a host of relatives and friends.
