Toniah Y. Sandimanie
July 28,1954 - January 11, 2022
It is with the saddest regret that we announce the death of our beloved, brother, cousin, uncle, husband, grandfather, father and friend Toniah Y. Sandimanie formerly known as Tonia R. Harris.
The sad event occurred January 11, 2022 in Brooklyn, NY. He is predeceased by both of his parents TeeTee G. Vampelt and Simeon A. Harris and several siblings. He is survived by his brothers Simeon Harris, Calvin Harris, Samuel Harris, and Eric Harris. Sisters Louis Harris, Alice Harris, Verna Edners, Musuline Vampelt, Musu Mcclinton and Peekoo Lewis- Ashley. His wife Mariama. His children Gloria (Jassie), Siatta, Weyatta, Vuunyah, and Tenneh. And 8 grandchildren. He is also survived by a myriad of relatives including, several cousins, uncles, aunts, nephews and nieces here in the US and in Liberia.
In recognition of Toniah’s muslim faith we wil be hosting a memorial service in honor of him. More details to come.
We belong to Allah and to him we shall return.
