Julia Felicia Howard

Sunrise: February 23, 1941 - Sunset: May 9, 2022

“I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help. My help cometh from the Lord, which made heaven and earth. He will not suffer thy foot to be moved: he that keepeth thee will not slumber.” Psalm 121: 1-3 

It is with sadness and heavy hearts that the Howard, Elliott, Woart, Cummings, Milton, Harris, Wesley families announce with faith in the resurrection, the home-going of our beloved Mother, Grandmother, Sister, Auntie, and Cousin- Julia Felicia Howard. This sad event occurred on the night of Monday, May 9th, 2022, in Columbia, Maryland. 

Julia was predeceased by her parents, Hon & Mrs. Phillip, and Julia Howard; her six siblings: MacDilla, Forest, Granville, Joseph, Phillip Jr., and John. 

Ma Ju or “Mother Julia” as she was affectionately called is survived by her children; Nanette (Johnston), Julia “Bola”, William “Paiga”, Grandchildren: Zarah, Keona, George-Phoenix, and Nazarene. Sisters In-Law, Brothers In-Law, a host of Nieces, Nephews, Cousins & her loving congregate of church friends and family.
