The Howard, Neufville, Elliott families announce with profound sadness the death of their beloved mother, sister, aunt, cousin, friend and grandmother. She transitioned on Saturday, January 15, 2022 in Monrovia, Liberia.
Albertha Howard was affectionately called by her name “Ma B” “Sis Berta” and “AB”. She was married to the love of her life the late Rev David Z Howard for 52 years. She worked at ELWA hospital in Liberia for 18+ years. She worked with the disabled for over 7+ years in Cincinnati, Ohio, as well as being a caregiver for over 5+ years to numerous companies in Ohio. She dedicated herself and life to helping others in healthcare where passionately worked for many years, until she retired.
She leaves to mourn and celebrate her life, her children: Decontee Howard, Fortuna Alexander, Doris Howard, Johnny Russell her sisters: Elizabeth Dennis, Mercy Neufville, Sarah Neufville; Her brothers: Christian Neufville, Adolphus Neufville grandchildren including Alpha Howard, David Sarsih, Franklin Alexander, Bryant Alexander, Joel Alexander, Ethan Alexander. Many nieces and nephews. She had one son that died before her Nyenati Hosea Howard.
