The
Wesley family announces with deep sorrow and profound regrets,
the demise of Mr. Abraham Wode Too Wesley, affectionately
called "Bor Wieber." This sad event occurred on
Friday, January 9, 2009 at his home in Monrovia, Liberia.
Bor
Wieber was born unto the union of the late Emmanuel and Susannah
Wesley in Cape Palmas, Maryland County, Liberia on October
31, 1934. He relocated to Monrovia, Liberia in 1958 in pursuit
of further education and professional training. In 1961, Mr.
Wesley accepted a position at the University of Liberia (LU)
Library. In 1965, he was promoted to the position of Administrative
Assistant to the Director of Library at L.U., a position he
fervently and devotedly held until his retirement in 1992.
He
leaves to cherish his memory, his beloved wife of twenty-nine
years, Yimuda Baker-Wesley; fourteen children, forty grand
children, five great grand children, five sisters, three brothers
and host of nieces, nephews, relatives, friends and well wishers.
He was preceded in death by his loving mother and father and
his beloved son, Rev. Charles Kween-Mle Wesley.

2009 at 4:00 PM at The Lamb of God Chuch - 7415 Buchannan
Street, Landover Hill, MD 20584.
