It is with profound sadness and a heavy heart that the children, family, and friends announce the sudden passing of our dear mother, grandmother, great grandmother, great, great grandmother, sister, aunt, and cousin, Miss Musu M. Washington.

This sad event took place on the 20th of November 2021, after a brief illness at the Essential Medical Hospital in Fargo North Dakota, USA.

Ma Musu, as she was commonly called, lived a life always determined to succeed in whatever endeavor she pursued. She had a strong relationship with her neighbors wherever she lived and was an active mother, sister, aunt, cousin, grandmother, great grandmother, and great, great grandmother. She plays a significant part in our lives and will be dearly missed. She was a caring and dedicated mother not only to her children but to all her nephews, nieces, grandchildren, great grandchildren, great, great grandchildren and host of other family members and friends. May her soul rest in eternal peace.

She is survived by her six (7) children: Mr. Sando Alex Burphy sr, Mr. Armah G. Faikai, Ansue Seh, Gbono Q. Holmes, George M. Holmes Mrs. Martina Hawa Karwhine, and Bendu Sherrif (decease). 27 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren, 2 great, great grandchildren 2 sisters and 1 brother, 4 daughters-in-law, one son-in-law, and a host of other relatives and friends in Liberia, USA, and around the world.

Ma Musu, you are missed dearly, as your passing leaves a massive void in our lives. We grieve for her but not as though we do not have hope because we are comforted to see her again on that great resurrection morning. Indeed, Heaven has gained an angel! May her loving soul rest in everlasting peace.
