Harmon was born to the union of Fred B. Warsaw* and Louise Carter Warsaw.* His siblings include twins Anna and Amy,* Scott,* Ferrington,* Augustus, Vyrie,* Alfreda,* Lade, and Gladys.*
He leaves to mourn his wife, Renee Reeves-Warsaw, his children: Lucia, William, Alston, Maude, Veronica, Sharon, Alan, Victor, and Lobi, his step-children (by marriage) Reginald Jr. and Carolou; his grandchildren: Brandon, Keomi, Milani, Allen, Wesley, Anna Rose, and a host of relatives and friends.
Wake and funeral services will be held on Saturday, November 20, 2021 at 9am at:

The final internment will be held on November 25, 2021 at 10am at:
St. Paul's Baptist Church
