It is with profound sadness that the vonBallmoos, Richards and Edwards families announce the passing of our beloved wife, mother, sister, aunty, niece, cousin, and friend, Rhonda Richards vonBallmoos, affectionately called “Dumpling.” Her transition took place on Saturday, December 11, 2021, in Montgomery Village, Maryland, U.S.A.
