Clara Zeporah Tuning

It is with profound sadness that the Tuning, Witherspoon, Dunbar, and Keller families announce the home going of our mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, cousin and friend Clara Zeporah Tuning. Affectionately called #Clarabells.  She passed away early on Monday morning July 5, 2021 at the Staten Island University Hospital. 

#Clarabells was everyone’s mother or Aunty. Clara was a loving soul who opened her heart and home to so many. She was always full of life, love, and light. Clara may have been small in frame, however her spirt was that of a giant.  She will be missed!

Clara is survived by her daughter Mrs. Barnie Keller, her son in-law Ellis Keller,  grandchildren Kristopher Quintana, and Maddie Keller, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.

Clara was predeceased in death by her parents Clarence O. Tuning and Frankie Tuning, brothers James A. Tuning, and Jeremiah Tuning, and sister Ella F. Tuning.  

May her soul rest in eternal peace!
