Mr. George Walter Taylor and Mrs. Helena Nugba Taylor.

Genesis 2, 22-24: “Then the rib which the Lord God had taken from man, made he a woman and brought her unto the man. And Adam said, this is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh: she shall be called Woman because she was taken out of a man. Therefore, shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh.”

Ephesians 5: 25: “Husbands love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church and died himself for it’.
After 33 years of unbroken marriage (Matthew 19: 6), “Wherefore they are no more twain, but one flesh. What therefore God hath Joined together, let no man put asunder.”

It is with Deep Heartbreak that the Taylor’s and Nugba’s Family announces the sudden passing of Mr. George Walter Taylor and Mrs. Helena Nugba Taylor, nine hours apart in death.

Mr. George Walter Taylor affectionately called, Papa, Coachey (LPRC Oilers), Georgy, Sunrise: August 8, 1947, to Sunset: June 26, 2021, at 3:30am GMT.  Mark 33: 34, “and at the ninth hour Jesus cried with a loud voice just as we assumed Papa did after mama departed this world and said, “My God My God why hast thou forsaken me?”.

Mrs. Helena Nugba Taylor affectionately called, Mama, Ma Helena, Sunrise: May 16, 1949, to Sunset June 25, 2021, at 6:30 GMT.  Mark 15:33, “and when the six hour was come there was darkness over the whole land until the ninth hour.”
This sad event occurred at their residence at Police Academy Road, Monrovia, Liberia.

Mr. George W. Taylor is survived by his children: George Taylor Jr, Clarence Taylor, Cora Taylor, Vivian Taylor, Samera Taylor and Vera Taylor. Grandkids, brothers, sisters, and host of other relatives.

Mrs. Helena N. Taylor is survived by her children: Sibi Lawson (Predeceased her on June 3rd, 2021) Peterlyn Killen Morrison (Chuck), and Welleh Garmin Dennis. Five grandsons, sister, brothers, and host of other relatives.

Good night Mama and Papa, you all have truly exemplified what true love is “until death do us part.” We did not see this coming, but we are grateful to God for the years he loaned you all to us to brighten our days, Oh the laughter we shared with both of you can never be forgotten. Go and enjoy the next life together as you did this earthly life, until we meet you all again in glory by and by, we love you both dearly. Rest in Peace.
