 Celebrating the Life of Sister Hannerl Snetter
The Snetter Steele, and their connected families announces with profound sadness the passing of Ms. Hannerl Theodosia Snetter after a long battle with frequent seizures. This sad event occurred on September 21, 2021 at the home of her niece Mrs. Petheree Norman Nissley in Schuyler, Virginia.
Hannerl was born unto the union of Mr. Hebert T. Snetter Sr. and Mrs. Mary Elizabeth Steele Snetter on May 23, 1958 in Monrovia, Liberia. Preceding in death are her parents and two brothers, Mr. Herbert T. Snetter Jr and Mr. Michael Edward Snetter.
Hannerl leaves to mourn her loss her sons Michael Dewalt and Herbert Norman; her grandchildren Carlos Dewalt, Dearest Dewalt and Divine Robinson Norman; her siblings Henry Snetter (Theresa), Theresa Snetter Norman (Pete), Hamlet Snetter (Florence), and Enid Snetter Moulton (Robert); nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of other relatives and friends.
Hannerl will be fondly remembered by her family and friends, especially those closest to her as a loving and happy sister, aunty, cousin and friend. Her favorite song was "you will understand it better by and by." She was cared for by her siblings who took terms caring for her
