Rev. Nancy Tweh Seke

The
Seke and Tweh Families wish to announce the homegoing unto
glory of our loving and dear mother, grandmother and great
grandmother Rev. (Mother) Nancy Tweh Seke, Pastor–Emeritus
of the Zion Temple Christ Pentecostal Church, Banjor, Lower
Virginia until her death on April 11, 2009 in her 74th year.
This event occurred in Monrovia , Liberia . She was predeceased
by her husband B.B. Seke formerly of LAMCO Yekepa and daughter
Waw Seke.
She
was a Founding Member of the Don Stewart Christ Pentecostal
Churches of Liberia . Also served as Pastor of the Mariam
F. Chea Memorial DSCPC, New Kru Town , Bushrod Island , Liberia
. She was very instrumental in establishing branches of the
DSCPC in Sinoe, Bassa Counties and other regions of Liberia
. She formed and conducted a fellowship and prayer group in
the LAMCO Yekepa area (Area C–Palava Hut and Camp 4).
Served as a member of the Executive Board, Adviser to the
Resident Bishop, DSCPC and served in various capacities of
the DSCPC.
Affectionately
known as ‘Ma Nancy’ by her many friends and ‘Bishop’
by her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She is survived
by her 12 children: Beatrice Seke Bestman, Thompson Chea,
K. B. Blamo, Jr. Nyipan, D. Wleh ( Tennessee , USA ) Sijlah
Kipidi, Nyipan Krah, Rev. Jarnyene(known as Johnny), N. Siwon,
B. Nmasnon, Portieh Jaeplo, Sylvanus Wonkpe. 16 grandchildren,
6 great grandchildren. Host of close cousins, nieces, nephews,
relatives and friends in Liberia and abroad. And the Don Stewart
Christ Pentecostal Churches in Liberia .
