 Mr.
James B. Rogers
The
Rogers, Swaray, Kaikai, Massaquoi, Caulker, Myers, and Tuckers
families announce with profound regrets; the death of their
husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother,
uncle, and cousin, Mr. James B. Rogers. This sad and unfortunate
event occurred on early Monday morning, October 20, 2008 in
Maryland, USA. Mr. James B. Rogers, affectionately known as
"JBR", taught accounting and business management
for many years at BWI, in Kakata and the College Of West Africa
(CWA) in Monrovia, Liberia. He was also an instructor at the
junior college of CWA. For more than fifteen years, he served
CWA and the junior college honorably in the capacity as business
manager. He was a dedicated member of the Free Masons of the
Republic of Liberia, and a lifetime member of the Knights
of Columbus, among other organizations in both Liberia and
the USA. He is survived by his wife of many years, Sunbean
Rogers, children: Isa Will, Abdul Karim (Joan), Margeret Jackson,
Yema Mbayo (Richard), James Boimah Rogers Jr., Kona Rogers,
Charles Rogers "Charlieboy", Enid Rogers, Alfred
Rogers, sixteen grand children and two great-grand children.
He is also survived by his brothers, sisters, several nephews,
nieces, cousins, and a host of relatives and friends in Liberia,
Sierra Leone, Europe and the USA.
