Mr. Lysander Joshua Padmore

With profound regret, in his 81st year, the family announces the home going of Mr. Lysander Joshua Padmore, affectionately known as Lance. This sad event occurred on Wednesday, October 8, 2008 in Staten Island, New York.

He is survived by his daughter Elyne "Muttee" Padmore, his son Varney Diggs, his sister Mrs. Leona Padmore Hannah, grand children, many nieces, nephews and a host of relatives and friends.

He was predeceased by his wife, Davidetta Dean Padmore, his parents, Mr. Arbaces J. Padmore and Mrs. Maria S. Nurse Martin, his siblings Rev. Levi H. Martin, Alexander Martin, Thomas Martin, Christopher Martin, Charles Martin, Ebenezer Grigsby, Justina Nurse Martin and Denny Koffi.
