Mr. Jonathan Urias Nelson Sr.

It is with great sorrow that we announce the loss of our husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, brother, uncle, cousin, and friend, Mr. Jonathan Urias Nelson Sr., affectionately known as Urias or JU. This untimely death occurred on Monday, the 29th of November 2021 in Rockville, Maryland. JU was a friend to everyone he met and a source of strength for all who knew him.

Jonathan Urias leaves to mourn several relatives to include:
His wife, Mrs. Agnes Kumbah McClain Nelson,
His children, Ms. Louise C. Nelson, Ms. Catherine Shirley Broh, Mrs. Josephine Combae Nelson Mullings, Mrs. Ann-Marie Nelson Perry (Isaac), Mr. Jonathan Urias Nelson Jr, Mr. Brendan Jonathan Nelson Sr.(Frederica), Mr. Jonathan Daniel Nelson(Gillian), Mr. Aloysius Bai Nelson(Nyononudeh) and Mrs. Salome Nelson Douglas (Stevon).

His siblings, Mrs. Martha Nelson Dennis, Mrs. Laura Nelson King (deceased), Mrs. Effie Nelson Johnson (deceased), Mr. Daniel Colston Nelson II (deceased), Mr. Thomas Nelson Sr. (deceased), and Mrs. Lucretia Nelson Caranda (deceased), Mai Manly Smith (deceased).

A host of grandchildren, great-grand, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
