Deaconess Zoe Norgbor Moore

The Moore Family of Arthington announces the home going of Deaconess Zoe Norgbor Moore, talent worker, Bethel Delaney Baptist Church, Suehn Mission, Senior Choir, Liberia Baptist Native Convention, Founding Member, with her late husband, Deacon Joseph Byoe Moore, Faith Baptist Church, Brewerville.
This peaceful event occurred on December 30th, 2008, at her Paynesville residence.

She leaves to mourn, her children, Beatrice Moore, Luvenia Moore-Harris (Siweh A. Harris, II), Rev. Benedict Moore, and John Alex Moore. Her brothers, Drs. Jerome Z. and Leroy Boikai. Her grandchildren, Gladys “Old lady” Fyne, Jartu Paye whose whereabouts and the whereabouts of her three children are unknown since 1990, Richard S. Moore, Prince and Alberta Moore; Angela Harris-Nyenuh, Bernice

Wilson-Zulu, Cynthia , Lucius, Abram, Denworh , Zoe, Siweh III, Mongar, and Charles Harris; Joseph Jackson, Winifred Davis, and Joseph Moore; her nieces, Miata Ross and Gloria Peal-King; 26 grand and great grandchildren; numerous grand and great grand nephews, nieces, and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral rites are as followed:

Wake Keeping will be held on Friday, January 16th beginning at 9pm at the Faith Baptist Church in Brewerville.

Celebration of victory service follows on Saturday, January 17th, 11am at the Faith Baptist Church.
A three night’s traditional farewell “PLAY” will take place in Kaikpu, on the Bopolu Highway.
