The
Merchant, Fernandez, Weeks, Blamo & Gibson families announce
the sudden death of their Husband, Father, Grandfather, Brother,
Uncle, Nephew and Cousin Samuel S. C. Merchant. We will miss
you dearly.
This
sad event occurred at his residence in Minneapolis, Minnesota
on Friday February 1st 2008. Affectionately known by his friends
as Chuku. He is survived by his wife Louisa Fernandez-Merchant,
his children Laura, Samilla, Chukumah, Cortney & Kimani,
and 2 grandchildren. He is also survived by his sisters and
brothers Rachel, Selena, Benetta, Joe, James, John and Lewis
Merchant, his aunt Emma Merchant and a host of other relatives
and friends.
