With profound grief and painful sorrow, the Larsah and Mulbah Families announce the homegoing of our beloved father, grandfather, brother, cousin, and uncle, Mr. Joel Bobby Togba Larsah. The sad event occurred on Thursday, September 23, 2021 at the Capeo Goran Hospital in the City of Stockholm, Sweden. Following graduation from the College of West Africa (CWA) in 1987, he was forced by the 1990 Liberian Civil War to travel around the world in search of refuge, where he obtained Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Business Administration in Ireland. He was adept at advanced mathematics.
Joel Bobby Larsah leaves to mourn his loss his 3 daughters – J. Diamond Minnie Larsah, Deborah Larsah and Josephine Freeman-Sorkarley, 1 son – King Solomon, many grandchildren, 4 brothers – James Nan Larsah, Jr., Winston Larsah, Moses Larsah, Kleekulon Larsah, many aunts – Garmai Larsah, Massa Larsah, Lorpu Dennis and Nowai Watta Mulbah, uncles – Les Larsah, Sekou Mulbah Katakoi, Jerry Mulbah and Andrew Mulbah, grand uncle Na Kollie Gorper, and many cousins, nieces and nephews of the United States, Liberia and Ghana. Both his father and mother James Nan Larsah, Sr. and Bebbeh Mulbah Larsah, predeceased him.
Funeral arrangements are conducted by the FONUS Funeral Home within Swedish Covid-19 guidelines with interment following on Wednesday, October 20, 2021 at the Northern Cemetery in Solna, where his mortal remains repose, and will precede a traditional life celebration feast in Gbarnsue Sulonma, Zota District, Bong County, Liberia.
