It is with profound sadness that the Gray, Kunmeh, Nagbe, Sonpon, Sieh-Affie, Botoe, Sleyon, Lawson, Giple, the extended family, and the entire PHP community announce the passing of our beloved mother, wife, sister, grandmother, aunty, cousin, friend, and caregiver, Margaret Welleh Gray Kunmeh. Her transition took place on Friday, December 10, 2021 in Monrovia, Liberia.
Mrs. Margaret Welleh Gray Kunmeh, a caring and devoted mother, a dedicated servant of God, a family person, a woman of exceptional humility, dignity, and grace. Her parents, Joseph Kla Weah Gray (Pa Joe), Lucy Mobo Nahbor Gray (Welleh Dee), and her loving husband J. Michael Kunmeh predeceased her.
She leaves to mourn her death, her children: Theophane K. Kunmeh, Christian Blamo Kunmeh, Harriette Kunmeh Sorsor, Ignatius Kunmeh, Barnelia Kunmeh Goll, and the many children that she raised. Her siblings: Rebecca Juah Gray Togbah, Elizabeth Gray Weeks, Anthony Donyen Gray, Martha Gray May, and Catherine Gray Luke. She also leaves to mourn her loss a host of relatives and friends in the USA, Liberia, and other parts of the world including the Ladies of Auxiliary.
Funeral Arrangements:
The remains shall be removed from the Samuel A. Stryker Funeral Parlour on Friday, January 7, 2022 at 8:00AM and taken to the Sacred Hearts Cathedral Church on Broad Street, Monrovia, Liberia for funeral service.
