The Jones, Yancy and Yuoh families with heavy hearts announce the passing of their dear Father, Brother, Uncle, Father-in-law and Grandfather Bishop Wellington G Jones Sr, he was Preceded by His Mother Agnes Yancy, His Fathers Morris Jones and Anthony Kley Yuoh, His wife Olive Davis Jones,his First Son Wellington Jones( Commonly known as Dino) and his daughter Cecelia Jones Browne. This sad event occurred on the 15th of December 2021 at 10:45 pm at the JFK Memorial hospital. He was born on June 7, 1944.
Bishop Jones( Commonly known as Borbor)was a light in this world, and now we need to continue shining his light by carrying it within us in our own lives.
The Bishop Wellington G Jones was a family man showing intimate love to everyone around him. He leaves to celebrate his life: Seven Children, Wellington G Jones Jr. Darlington Jones, Leonora Teta Jones,Wede A Jones, Marconi Jones Wheeler and Coco Jones, also his adopted daughter Mamara C Moore. His Sisters, brothers,nieces and nephews in and out of Liberia, His Grand children and a host of other Relatives in and out of Liberia.
The body will be remove from the Abraham Anderson funeral home on Lynch Street on January 7, 2022 and taken to the "House of Prayers God's Love In Christian Living Ministries INC" in Barnesville (Day break mouth open)for a night of wake keeping and Funeral service follows on January 8, 2022 at 10:00 am, Internment will be held at the Johnsonville cemetery.
