 Mrs. Mary Balleh Esi Somah Jappah
The Jappah and Somah families announce the death of their Mother, Grandmother, Sister and Aunt, Mrs. Mary Balleh Esi Somah Jappah commonly known as (MBJ) of Police Academy Road, Liberia and Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA.
This sad event occurred in the early hours of Monday, July 5, 2021, at the North Memorial Hospital in Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA. She was 77 years of age.
Mrs. Jappah is survived by her children –Nyanfore Jappah (Susannah), Bernard Jappah (Patience), Nortu Jappah, Jr. (Zulaikha), Wollor Yoga Jappah (Patricia), Gbaeley Yogi Jappah, Jlasnortee Yolla Jappah, and Aaron Davies (Batie); her three (3) brothers – Albert Somah (USA), Lawrence Somah and Michael Somah (Liberia); her sister, Christiana Somah (Liberia); twenty-two (22) grandchildren; and a host of relatives and friends.
Funeral Arrangements:
The remains of the late Mrs. Mary Balleh Esi Somah-Jappah will arrive in Liberia on Wednesday, August 11, 2021, and be taken to the Samuel A. Stryker Funeral Parlor.
On Saturday, August 14, 2021, the remains of Mary Balleh Esi Somah-Jappah will be removed from the Samuel A. Stryker Funeral Parlor at 8:00 a.m., and taken to the family farm in Mango Town, Lower Virginia Township, Montserrado County, where a Roman Catholic service will be carried out, followed by interment beginning at 10:00 a.m.
