DR. JAMES OLIVER DUNCAN

The Duncan, Page, and Stryker Families announce with profound regrets the death of Dr. James Oliver Duncan. Dr. Duncan was Former Deputy Minister of Education-Republic of Liberia, former President of the United Methodist University- Republic of Liberia, and former United Nations Consultant in Africa and Europe.

This doleful event occurred on December 6, 2007 at 10:00 A.M. at the JFK Memorial Hospital in Monrovia, Liberia.

Left to mourn are his wife, Mrs. Vick Wolobah Duncan, children, Sandra (Cedric), Michelle Christina (E. Tyson), Darlene, Leon, and stepson Henry Mulbah, brothers Mr. Edward A. (Okeekee) Davis and Mr. Henry Junior Tomah, sisters Mrs. Julia Artis, Mrs. Ethel D. Cooper, Mrs. Bessie Smith, Mrs. Doris Grimes, and Mrs. Rebecca Duncan, uncles Rev. J. Willie Page, Mr. Charles Derby, and Rev. A. Cadmus Moore Sr., cousin Margaret Yates, and a host of loving family members and friends.

Funeral Services will be held on Dec. 29, 2007 at the First United Methodist Church, Monrovia, Liberia.
Memorial Service will be announced.
