Eugenia Thelma Freeman-Doekieh

August 5, 1949- November 22, 2021

It is with profound grief, the Freeman, Urey and Wordsworth family announced the peaceful home going of their beloved Eugenia Freeman-Doekieh, who bravely earned her heavenly wings on November 22, 2021.

A woman of exceptional humility, dignity and grace. A beloved mother, grandmother, sister, cousin and auntie.

Predeceased by her Parents, John R. Freeman and Gertrude Garnett Freeman; husband, Bollin Doekieh, siblings; David Freemen, John Freemen and Agnes Woodson.

She will be lovingly remembered by her children, Augusta Tolbert Mason, Beatrice Martin and Bobby Doekieh; Foster children: Moses, Oldman and Evelyn. Siblings, Daniel Freeman and Early Freeman; Seven Grandchildren, along with a host of other relatives and friends including her friends at the University of Penn hospital.
