The Doe, Sherman, and Yon family wish to announce with profound
regret the glorious home going of Mother Ruth Kukor Doe affectionately
call Nimely Dee or Ma Ruth who is the Founder of the Apostolic
Assemblies of God Church in Washington, DC.
Our dear mother, sister, aunt, grandmother, great grandmother,
cousin, niece and friend sad event occured on Tuesday, May
27, 2008 at the Washington Hospital Center in DC.
Wake Keeping will be held on Friday, June 13, 2008
5 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Hines-Rinaldi Funeral Home, 11800
New Hampshire Ave., Silver Spring, MD 20904
Funeral Service will be held at the Glenmont United Methodist
Church, 12901 Georgia Ave., Silver Spring, MD. 20906
Mother Ruth Doe leaves to mourn her loss and her beloved husband
for forty five years, Samuel J. C. Doe, Senior Pastor of the
Apostolic Assemblies of God Church. Former Resident Pastor
of the Harbel Assemblies of God Church; Special Assistant
to the President and Managing Director of the Firestone Plantations
Company; Superintendent of Pesonnel Services in Harbel, Margibi
County, Liberia.
Six sons including former Minister of Sports Mr. Matthias
N. Nimely, Hasting Doe, Johnathan Doe, Paul Doe, **Samuel
J. C. Doe Jr and Christie Doe who predeceased her. Five daughters;
Caroline T. Doe, Josephine G. Doe, Margaret Doe, Faith N.
Doe and Agnes W. Doe. One and only brother, Bishop Edward
Pailey Sherman of the Little White Chapel By the Way, Inc.
USA. Three sisters **Anna Sherman, Elizabeth Sherman, and
Cecelia S. Kon who predeceased her. Her parents **Saman Seekie
and mother Farleh Siryeh predeceased her.
Fourteen grand children and five greatgrand children. Many
uncles nieces, nephews including Pastor Solomon S. Yon of
GOFAMINT - House of Prayer USA. Host of relatives and friends
in London, Liberia and USA.
May her soul rest in perfect peace.
