The Layeni and David families announce with profound sadness the passing of Edith on Sunday, May 11, 2008 at St. Clare's Hospital, Dover, New Jersey.

Edith is survived by her husband Modiu Ade Layeni, four daughters, Cynthia, Nosimot, Simbiatu, and Lateefat, five grandchildren, Adrian, Jordan, Rebecca, Jenna, and Rhea, sisters, brothers, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, grandaunt and a host of other relatives and friends.
