The Clark, Lloyd and Stevens families announce with profound regrets, the homegoing, in her 73rd year, of Mrs. Janie A. Sio-Clark. This sad event occurred on Sunday, February 22, 2009 at Mercy Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She is survived by her husband Mr. Benjamin Clark; her children: Mrs. Joyce Smith-Cooke (MacDonald); Mrs. Rena Smith-Jarrett (Augustine); Mrs. Catherine Smith-Jallah (Randolph) and Mr. James Chili Sio.
She is also survived by her brothers Rev. Dr. J. Edwin Lloyd Sr. (spouse: Mrs. Emma Lloyd) and Mr. Moses P. Harris (spouse: Mrs. Victoria Harris); eleven grand children, one great grand, several nieces, nephews and a host of relatives and friends in the US, Ghana and Liberia.

Wake-keeping Service: Friday, March 6, 2009, 7:00 p.m.
Funeral Service: Saturday, March 7, 2009, 9:00 a.m.
