The Briamah, Minor, and King Families announce with profound sadness the home going of Dolly "Zaka" Minor Briamah. This sad event occurred on Monday, August 11th at the St. Joseph Catholic Hospital in Liberia.

Dolly leaves to mourn her lost and to cherish her memory, her husband, Gabriel Briamah, four children (Charles Cassell, Sia, Gabriel Jr., and Duke Briamah); her two adopted daughters (Deddeh and Cynthia); sisters: Johnetta Minor (Providence, RI), Gertrude Minor Nwaobi (Nigeria), Adelaide Minor (Monrovia); Sophie Minor (Atlanta, GA), Elizabeth Minor Lavalla (Monrovia), Tanis Harding (Italy), and Myra Morris (Milwaukee). Brothers: Alfred Orlando Minor (Minnesota), Charles Minor, Buster Minor, Ernest Minor (Monrovia), and Edwin Minor (Columbia, MD); her only surviving aunt Melvinia King Okai (Monrovia); her aunt and mother Grace Minor (Ghana); nieces: Millie Minor Williams (Monrovia), Ella Minor Hooke (Atlanta, GA), Lydia Greene Mappy (Morrisville, PA) and Cornelia Porte (Atlanta, GA). Cousins: the Cephas, Minors, Bensons, Earlys, Nelsons, Weavers, and McGees, and a host of relatives and friends in Liberia, USA and abroad.

Dolly was born unto the union of Deacon John Henry Minor and Mrs. Dolly King Minor who predeceased her. Sisters who predeceased her were Cleo King, Marthan Minor, Frances Minor, and Celestine Minor Brown. Her two brothers who also predeceased her were William "Bill" Minor (Mayor of Paynesville, Liberia) and James "JH" Lewis.
