It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that we, The Bowier, Youboty, Scotland, Black, James’, Bloh, Harmon, Johnson & Solo families announce the home-going of our beloved father, grandfather, brother & uncle; the Honorable Reverend & Former Information Minister for the Republic of Liberia: J. Emmanuel Z. Bowier in Monrovia, Liberia.

Reverend Bowier is predeceased by his father Hon. Willie J.M. Bowier Sr., mother Tahyennoh Harmon, sisters Mary and Kaziah Bowier, & niece Tryphonia Smith.

Rev Bowier is survived by a host of relatives in both Liberia & America. His wife Mrs. Ruth Bowier, his children: Comfort, Tahyennoh, Joyce, Faith, & Willie.  His Brothers Washington, Joseph, Willie Jr. & his Sister Esther. Three grandchildren, and many other relatives abroad.
