Christopher Michael Bass

The Bass and Jacobs family announce with deep sorrow the passing of their beloved Son, Brother, Nephew and Cousin. He touched each of our lives in a very special way. He was a youthful 24 years old. This sad event occurred on morning of Friday, November 23, 2007 at South Pointe Hospital in Cleveland, Ohio.

Christopher leaves to mourn his mother Leslie Bass, father Pryde Bass, brothers Charles (Charley) Bass and Pryde Bass Jr, sister Lacharee Scott, Grandmother Irene Bass and a host of Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, other family members and friends.

Continue on Lee Rd until it ends on Euclid Ave. At Euclid Ave make a left(West) and arrive at 14305 Euclid Ave just pass the East Cleveland Library on your right.
" From South: Take 1-77 North to Chester Ave. Make a right onto Chester and continue on Chester to Euclid Ave near University Circle. At Euclid Ave make a left (East) and continue on Euclid Ave to address above.
