The Bailey, Madison and Hansford families announce with grief and sadness the death of Mr. Joseph W. Bailey. This sad event occurred on December 13, 2021 at home in Southfield, Michigan USA.
Joseph was born in Louisiana, Sinoe County, Liberia unto the late Rev. Mackerson F. Bailey and the late Mrs. Harriette Madison-Bailey. Both parents and siblings Mary Ann, Isaac, and Murray predeceased him in death.
Joseph leaves to mourn his loss, one brother Rev. Dr. Emmanuel F. Bailey(Taylorie); four sisters, Kareen Bailey-Saytarkon, Olina Bailey-Stevens, Elsa Bailey-Draper(Richmond) and Angelee Bailey-Kpoyour(Anthony). He also leaves to cherish his sweet memories: eight nephews, Ivan ,Gerald, Wilson, Bonawu Sr., Julius, Carl, Nyanatee, Anthony Jr.; six nieces, Mia Frances, Velecia, Evon, Kareen, Welma and Wubu; several grandnieces; nephews; cousins and a host of relatives in the USA and Liberia.
