Ms. Aheba Gladys Ajavon

The Ajavon, Caranda, Cassell, Harris, Lewis and Washington families announce with profound sadness and broken hearts the untimely demise of our beloved mother, sister, aunty, cousin and grandmother Ms. Aheba Gladys Ajavon, affectionately called "OhMa."
Her transition occurred on Friday, November 12, 2021 at Mount Sinai Hospital in Manhattan, New York.
Aheba Gladys Ajavon leaves to mourn her death, her sons Frederick Tony Ajavon III (Narwale F. Washington), and Benjamin Franklin Banks Jr, her daughter Natasha Aheba Ajavon Banks, her grandchildren, TaShauna Monique Ammie, Frederick Tayzhon Ajavon IV, Kenny Ajavon Whiteley Jr, Jayla Elenora Ajavon, Jeremih Ayite McNeill, Uthman Abdul-Latif Mikpown Ajavon and Umar Abdul-Aziz Kovie Ajavon; her brother Emmanuel Victor Ajavon Sr, nephews, nieces, cousins and a host of relatives and friends in Liberia, the United States and around the world.
Aheba, a woman with the heart of gold will surely be missed. She was passionate, loving, kind and deeply involved in serving people in her community.
