The Addy, Clarke, Rogers, Sheriff, Kala, Massaquoi, and Fahnbulleh families announce the home-going of our beloved husband, father, brother, nephew, uncle, and cousin, Emmanuel Addy, Jr on Sunday, February 28th 2021 at 9:10am at the Inova Fairfax Hospital in Falls Church, Virginia.

Emmanuel leaves to mourn his wife, Christine Clarke-Addy; son, Siapha N. Addy; senior brother, Mr. Matthew M. Rogers (Cecilia Rogers); younger brother, Samuel T. Addy; aunty; Dr. Yatta K. Kanu; niece, Elizabeth M. Rogers; and nephew; Diamond Addy. Emmanuel also leaves to mourn his aunties, uncles, cousins, and a host of relatives as well as longtime friends and colleagues, and beloved in-laws. The following family members preceded Emmanuel: Mr. Emmanuel Addy, Sr. (father), Mrs. Amie Sheriff-Addy (mother); Hne Wesley Addy (brother), and James B. (JB) Rogers, (nephew).

Emmanuel was dearly loved and cherished; he will be utterly missed. We celebrate his exemplary life of courage, strength, and endurance. We celebrate his peaceful transition from Earth to his Heavenly home of eternal rest.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions, masks are required at the church and internment. The church implements social distancing at all times and seating is limited to 120 individuals. There will be no Repast. The service will be live streamed on Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/ManassasBaptistChurch .
