The Greene, Cooke and the entire Tallah Family, regrets to announce the home going of Deacon Jessie E. Greene who passed away on April 6, 2021 in Charlotte, NC, USA. Deacon Greene was a devoted Christian who loved the Lord. He was a caring Father, grandfather, grate grand father, brother, uncle, cousin and a friend to many. Deacon Greene was born in Tallah, Grand Cape mount County to the union of Mr. Jessie Greene, Sr. and Mrs. Martha Cooke Greene. He was predeceased by his parents Mr and Mrs. Jessie Greene. His siblings: Ms. Sarah Plim, Ms. Elizabeth Greene, Mrs. Hannah Greene Carter, Mrs. Caroline Kaidii, Rev Edward M. Greene, Mrs, Etta Senwah, Mr. Prince Greene, and Mrs, Emma Kennedy. His children, R. Varney Greene and Lawrence Greene. Deacon Greene was married to Beatrice Greene for many years and this union was blessed with six children. He leaves to cherish his memories his brother Alfred Greene and Samuel Cooke ( who was raised by his aunt and Uncle). Children: Shed ( Grace ) ; George ( Jessica ); Caroline (Sampson ); Bendu ( George ) ; Tenneh ( Hahiff ); Hannah ( George ); Jeraldine; Jessie; Othello; Audrey and Victor. Grandchildren 33; great grandchildren 2. Sisters in law, Adeline Toles Greene and Bendu Greene. Several Nieces, Nephews, Cousins and Friends. Church families: Harvest Impact Int'l Ministries and The Breakthrough Center Int'l Ministries.
