The Government of Liberia "Back to the Soil Campaign"

In
an effort to encourage Liberians to grow more food, the GOL
launched a "Back to the Soil Campaign" The
Government's message is "The war is over, lets get back
to the soil and feed ourselves. Remember! We did it before,
we can do it again. We have the land; We have the water; We
have the people; Let's grow our own food; Let's lift Liberia!"
