During the first 2 days in Voinjama, the weather was fine.

On day 3 the rain came and with it, the mud. Getting around by car or on foot became challenging, to say the least.

The county tours are about projects review. The President use the opportunity to see who is working and who isn't. The responsible government agencies, ministries and NGOs that are working and dedicated to their committments are delivering completed projects, but some of them have very little to show and believe me when I say "she takes notice".
