 Mrs. Rebecca Doe-Zawiea
The Doe and Zawiea families regret to announce the sudden death of their mother, Sister, aunt, wife, cousin, grandmother and friend, Mrs. Rebecca Doe-Zawiea. Mrs. Zawiea passed away after a brief illness. This sudden and tragic event occurred on Saturday, December 12, 2020 at 12:00AM at the the Fidelity Healthcare, 20th Street, Sinkor, Montserrado, Liberia.
“Teta,” as she was affectionately called by her siblings, was a loving, caring, hardworking and great provider to her children, family members as well as people that crossed path with her. Mrs. Zawiea’s love for God came at an early age and she remained a great woman of faith. She positively impacted the lives of many people. She left a lasting impression on everyone she encountered. She was passionate about education and loved the Lord with all her heart. She was a peacemaker and strongly believed that we should all live in harmony. Rebecca loved to laugh, sing, dance, and went above and beyond to participate and stay involved in her beloved communities in Paynesville, Liberia, Brooklyn Park, Minnesota and Silver Spring, Maryland, USA.
