Mr. Francis Zaza Zakama

Sunrise: December 24, 1955
Sunset: September 2nd, 2020 @8:02 a.m.

You will keep in perfect peace, those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in you. Trust in the Lord forever, for the Lord, the Lord himself, is the Rock eternal. (Isaiah 26:3-4)

The Allison-Zakama Family Union of the United States of America and Liberia announce with deep regrets the homegoing of their Father, Brother, Nephew, Uncle, and Cousin, Mr. Francis Zaza Zakama in his 65th year.
He was affectionately called “Dad”, “Bro Zaza”, “Uncle Francis” by his son, siblings, nephews, nieces, other family members and friends respectively. He went home to glory on September 2nd, 2020 at the Mary Washington Hospital in Fredericksburg, Virginia, USA following a brief illness. He is pre-deceased by his wife, Mrs. Alfreda Zakama, his Fathers Mr. Edward B. Zakama & Rev. Joseph T. Allison, his mothers - Mrs. Kropo Gbama Allison, Mama Sackie Allison, Mary Saah Allison, and Ann Sergeant, his brothers - Verlin K. Allison & Mulbah S. Zakama.

He leaves to mourn his loss: his son, Francis A. T. Zakama, Jr., his foster father Mr. Robert Sergeant. His siblings Mrs. Amelia Allison-Keller (Edward), Cllr. Aloysius F.K. Allison (Bendu), Rev. Dr. Eric M. Allison (Nana), Mrs. Sonie Allison- Mulbah (Samuel), Ms. Kebeh S. Allison, Mrs. Youngor Allison-Bryant (David), Mrs. Sianai Allison-Irving (Charles), Mr. James D. Allison, Mr. Angelo Y. Allison, Mr. Aruna J. Kpobay, Mrs. Roseline S. Williams (Abraham), Mrs. Yanga D. Walz (Jaime).

He also leaves to mourn his loss, several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, grand nieces, grand nephews, and a host of other relatives, friends, professional colleagues, and well-wishers.

Bro Francis was a peaceful, graceful and humble person. He had a very strong will power and was life affirming. He was a wonderful father, hardworking servant, very cognizant of the future and a strong family oriented individual. He lived life to its fullest. He was a beacon of peace in the Allison-Zakama family Union. Most of all he served His Lord Jesus faithfully. Our beloved Dad, Son, Brother and Uncle Bro Francis, will be deeply missed. We can painfully say this “flight” is too abrupt, but we believe that his landing in heaven is safe and peaceful. We love you very much, but God loves you the best. May your soul continue to rest in perfect peace.
