Thomas Jefferson White

It is with heavy hearts, the White and Smallwood families announce the death of Thomas Jefferson White on Thursday, April 30, 2020. The beloved, no-nonsense TJ--husband, dad, brother, uncle, grandpa, great-grandpa and Turtle--passed peacefully in his Lawrenceville home surrounded by loved ones.

Thomas is survived by his wife Mietta Smallwood; children Catherine, Velma (James), Alfred, Thomas Jr. (Priscilla), Rosezena (Alphonso), Madia (Will), Madia (Moses), Trokon, Jangy, Madeah, Kena (Josias), Tomah (Randall) ; siblings Esther (Horatio), Anne, Clarence, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and a host of many others. He was predeceased by his mother Catherine Smith, father Eddie White, sister Oretha White, sister Theresa White and brother Cleophas (Dottie) Brown.

"On Friday, May 15, 2020, there will be a limited family viewing at 10:00am EST and graveside service at 12:30pm EST, which in lieu of attendance, can be live-streamed here."
