It is with the deepest and profound sadness the family of Courtney J. Whisnant of Houston, Texas passed away on June 12th, 2014. He is survived by his wife of almost 48 yrs, Billie R. Whisnant , one son, Courtney Jamar Whisnant, two brothers , Ostranda G. Whisnant and Isaac Whisnant Jr. , host of relatives and friends.
