The
Wheaton, Ricks, Sherman, Yafondo, Barclay and
Caesar families announce the home going of our
beloved Father, Uncle, Grandfather and Great
grandfather Ernest Alphonso Wheaton. This sad
event occurred on Wednesday 13, 2010 at the
Odyssa House in Lawrenceville, Ga. He has fought
the good fight, and is now laid to rest. Ernest
is survived by his children, Meita Wheaton-
Ricks, Gretel Rauls (Jesse), Etta "Peanut"
Wheaton, Ernest Wheaton Jr., Theresa Sherman,
(Robert), Vivian Yafondo (James Tamba), Emmett
Wheaton, Florence Brown (Antwan) and Yamah Wheaton
and his brother Charles Caesar. He was born
unto John Yarn Wheaton Cora Korpu Barcley of
Virginia Liberia. He was predeceased by his
parents and his sisters, Mary Caesar Washington,
Patience Wheaton and Florence Wheaton, 26 Grandchildren
and 6 Great grandchildren, nieces, nephews,
cousins and a host of others relatives and friends.
