On the Wings of an Angel. Our Mother, Grandmother, Sister, Aunt, the Matriach of our family, Mrs. Annie W. Toomey went to be with God in the early hours of Monday, February 4, 2018. Mrs. Toomey, a retired Registered Nurse was a former school nurse of BWI (Booker Washington Institute, Liberia). She leaves to mourn her loss, the Toomey, Morgan, Brownell and Bryant Families, her four sons, one stepdaughter, two daughters in law, grandchildren, brothers, nieces, nephews, adopted children and a host of family and friends.
