MR. ISAAC EMMANUEL TOLBERT, SR.

It is with deep sorrow and heavy hearts that the Tolbert, Boyah and Vincent families announce the sudden home going of our beloved husband, father, brother, uncle, nephew, grandfather, great grandfather, cousin and friend, MR. ISAAC EMMANUEL TOLBERT, SR. This sad event occurred on Monday, November 23, 2020 at Mercy Fitzerald Hospital, Darby, Pa, USA.
He was a graduate of the University of Liberia 1980 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. RETS Education Center 1994 with Associate Degree in Electronics Engineering, Broomall, PA, Delaware County Community College, Associate Degree in Accounting-2004 and Penn Foster Career Diploma-2017.
He worked as Security Officer Allied Incorporated, Cashier, Parkway Corporation, Inc, Package Handler-United Parcel Service (UPS), Residential Consular, Step-By-Step, Inc and Production Manager-Liberian Produce Marketing Corporation, Inc. (LPMC), Liberia.
He is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 26 unbroken years, Cecelia Bloh Boyah-Tolbert, beloved Step-mother, Ma Fatu Tolbert (Liberia), children: Madlene, Isiakah, Isaac E. Tolbert, Jr., Alberto (Maribel), Laverne, Isabella, Ivaline (Liberia) and Isaiah (Jasmine), adopted children: Anna (Kornah), Mavis, Tilman (Shirlee), Ulysses-Liberia, Etta-Seema (Augustus), and Catherine Juah Taah-Harrison (Lawrence)-Liberia. Brothers: Ibraham Lincoln Tolbert-Liberia, Pastor Augustus Ceasar Tolbert (Shirley)-Liberia, Thomas Jehu Tolbert-USA, Amos J. Smith (Imani)-USA, Anthony C. Tolbert-Liberia, Joel Tolbert-Liberia, Aaron Tolbert-Australia, Alexander Tolbert-Liberia, Jeremiah Tolbert (Patricia)USA, and Amos Tolbert-China. Sisters: Joanna Tolbert-Carr-USA, Ola Tolbert-Benebo (Biebele)-USA, Julia Deline-Biggy-Niger, Margaret Tolbert-USA, Garmai Zoe Tolbert-USA, Miatta Tolbert-Kofa (Samson)-Norway and Victoria Tolbert-Clemons (John)-USA, Aunt-Hawa Vincent-Cassell-USA. Nephews, nieces, cousins, grandchildren, great grandchildren, friends, especially, Charles T.H. Dennis (Mamie)-USA and George M. Brown (Edna)-USA. He was predeceased by his parents Thomas Jehu Tolbert, Sr., Julia Vincent-Tolbert-Liberia, brother Joseph Timothy Tolbert-USA and Julia Tiny Tolbert-Liberia.
May his memories remain with us, soul rest in perfect peace and light perpetual shines on him forever.

Viewing: Saturday, December 19, 2020, 9am-10am, followed by tributes and mass (9am-12noon)

The body will be flown home for wake keeping in Battery Factory and funeral in Bentol, Liberia.
