Mr. Thomas U. Thompson

The Thompson, Dennis, Edwards, and Cormah families announce the sudden death of their beloved father, brother, uncle, cousin and friend, Thomas U. Thompson. This sad event occurred on Monday March, 23rd at his home in Atlanta, Georgia.

He leaves to mourn his loss his wife Juanita Diggs Thompson, his son Nyema Barchue Thompson in North Carolina, and other sons and daughters in Liberia and Europe, nine grandchildren, his siblings: Edwin Thompson, Violet Thompson, Cherry Williams, John Thompson, Nyema W.Thompson, Sandra Jarba, Musu Cormah, Robert Cormah, Isaac Cormah, and Francis Cormah; numerous other relatives and friends.

Thomas is a graduate of the Booker Washington Institute, a former employee of the Ministry of Lands, Mines & Energy, and The Liberian Electricity Corporation. Thomas was popular, gregarious and lived a vibrant life. He made a lasting impression on everyone he met.
