The Thomas and Snyder families announce with profound sadness the death of their loving and devoted mother, wife, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt, and cousin.
Sarah Catherine Snyder (affectionally called, Ma Sarah, Sarah T, Green Dress) departed this world, early morning of Monday, November 4, 2019 @8:20AM at The Legend Oaks Health Care and Rehabilitation-West Houston, Houston, Texas. She slipped away quietly and joined the host of angels in Heaven completely ready to be with her Lord. >Her called from labor to reward by our Lord. Your task on earth was done and you answered to the roll call in glory She is united with her husband (Samuel Ballah Thomas) in a better place where there is no pain, no stress, no headache, no illness, no death, but eternal life.
She leaves to mourn her children: Serina Lofoe Woods, Ruby Thomas-Addy, Gloria M. Thomas, Beatrice Thomas-Kailondo, Christine Bunchee Thomas, Charlotte Cynthia Thomas- predeceased, Leona Alhassan-Diallo, Samuel B. Thomas Jr. and Romeo S. Thomas; Other children: Victoria W. Thomas and Soko Thomas; Foster children: William Manjay Cole, Alice M. Ketteh, Aletha N. Togba and Varney Sesay.
She also leaves to mourn her thirty grandchildren and thirty-three great grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren and host of relatives and friends all of Monrovia, USA, and Ghana.
