Mrs. Rose Anderson Teage

The Anderson, Cheeks and Berrian Families announce with heavy hearts the death of their Mother, Sister, Aunt, Cousin, Relative and Friend Mrs. Rose Anderson Teage. This sad event occurred on Tuesday, August 15, 2017, in Monrovia, Liberia.

She was a Retired Colonel of The Liberian National Police Force and served as Director of Communication for many years. She was also a devoted Christian and served as Deacon, in the Union Baptist Church, Dixville, Montserrado County, Republic of Liberia.

Aunty Rose, Rosebud, Congo Rose, R.A.T., Rosie Danshu, Colonel Teage, as she was affectionately called leaves to celebrate her life six children;  Turpin Teage(Lisa), Natalie Lardner(Bishop Lardner),  Titus Tokpa, Vera Wilson(Tito), Denise Evans(Chris) and Christian Hodge(Michelle);   Eighteen grandchildren; Three Brothers;  Mr. Abraham B. Anderson, Lt. Colonel Joseph S. Anderson, Jr., and Mr. Edward Anderson, Sr.;  Three Sisters in-Law; Mrs. Adeline Cheeks Anderson, Mrs. Williette Morris Anderson,  Mrs. Marcia Anderson; and her many  Nieces, Nephews, Cousins , Relatives and Friends in the United States, Europe, and Liberia.

Home going celebration will be held as follows:
Saturday September 2, 2017 Wake and Funeral Services
Union Baptist Church
Dixville, Montserrado County, Republic of Liberia
10am Wake Keeping (Viewing)
12 Noon Funeral Services

Burial is immediately following the services at the Anderson Family Plot
Dixville, Republic of Liberia.

A memorial service will also be held on, Saturday September 2, 2017 at 12p.m.
