It is with deep sorrow that the Tate, Captan,
Wesley, Mensah, Darby, Keller and Parker families
announce the untimely home going of their Daughter,
Mother, Grand Mother, Sister, Aunt and friend
after a period of protracted illness. This sad
event occurred in the late afternoon of October
15, 2010 at the Gwinnett Medical Center in Lawrenceville,
Ga., USA. She was survived by her
mother, Mrs. Helen Parker Tate, her lovely children
including; Mr. Nabeel Captan (Sebia),
Mr. Monie Captan (Ade), Mr. Tatoo Captan, Mr.
Elvin Wesley (Nicole), Mr. Donald Mensah (Darlene),
Mr. Charles Darby II, Mr. Cecil Darby, Mr. Louis
Darby, Mr. Jesco Railey, Ms. Akma Captan, Mrs.
Doris Captan Amaoko, Mrs. Musu Johnson, Ms.
Venissa Vulate Dougbe, Three sisters, Mrs. Doris
Tate Keller (Rene), Ms. Helen Tate, Ms. Elaine
Parker Traub, three brothers, Mr. Seth Parker,
Mr. Paul W. Tate (Annie), Mr. Bono Tate,
many grandchildren, host of other relatives
and friend.
