Deaconess Ronate Teetee Paasewe-Smith
The Paasewe and Jalieba families announce with profound sadness the sudden Home Going of their sister, cousin, aunty, and friend, RONATE Teetee Paasewe Smith. This sudden and sad event occurred on February 24, 2016 in Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital in Darby, Pennsylvania, USA. Teetee home going was abrupt, but we cannot question the Almighty God because we believe Teetee is now resting peacefully in the blossom of the Lord. Her physical body has been separated from us but her memories will forever linger in our minds.
Teetee was predeceased by her parents, Mr. J. Bai Paasewe, Sr., Mrs. Irene J. Paasewe. She leaves to cherish her memory, Her siblings, Cllr. Gladys M. Johnson ( Rudolph), Boima Paasewe, J. Bai Paasewe, Jr. (Amanda), Vaanii Paasewe, Fr. C. Letombor Paasewe (Gloria), Mabasi Paasewe-Totimeh (George), Thomas Paasewe, Esther Johnson (Albert), Momolu Massaquoi, Mary Massaquoi, Sally Massaquoi Daniels (George), James Kemokai; and a host of other relatives, including aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, as well as other family members and friends in the U.S, Liberia, Sierra Leone and Australia.
To all relatives and friends, and well wishers of the late Rona-tee Tetee Paasewe, we inform you with much regret that services for her sweet repose will take place at 10 a.m., Monday, 4th April 2016 instead of the 2nd April 2016, at the St. John's Irvin Memorial Episcopal Church in Robertsport.
This schedule change is a result of delays in bringing her remains through Brussels where there was recent airport destruction.
We are sorry for the abrupt change which is almost entirely out of our hands.
Our sister will be laid to rest at 10:00 hours on Monday and we regret any inconvenience.
